Substance Abuse Assessment

A substance abuse assessment entails a one on one interview with a qualified counselor to determine a person’s history of drug or alcohol use. Often, an individual that has been arrested for possession of controlled substances (marijuana, pills, paraphernalia, underage drinking, etc) will be mandated by the court to have a substance abuse assessment done by a qualified professional.

Alcohol and Drug Education Classes

Informs our clients about short-term and long-term effects of prolonged drug and alcohol use. Clients learn about the phases of alcohol and drug addiction. The class utilizes real and personal stories to enhance understanding.

Outpatient Substance Abuse Groups

Drug and alcohol concerns are discussed between our clients and counselor in a comfortable, informal, and nonjudgmental setting. Participants are able to share their personal experiences with alcohol and drugs, if they choose. Open discussions often bring peace of mind to our clients because they are not alone in their experiences.

12 Panel Drug Testing

Our drug screening provides immediate preliminary urinalysis results on an individual’s use of 12 commonly abused drugs. Clients and referring sources are provided with a results document once the interpretation is completed.
